All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 0–7 business days after your purchase is completed

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be closer to the full 7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


 

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

  • Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.



Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
